Born in the Pacific Northwest and later moving to American Samoa, Stephen has become one of the foremost sought after graphic artist of Polynesian descent in the U.S. Stephen runs a creative design and web studio based in Dallas, Texas, Petaia Media. His studio focuses on establishing companies' web strategies and helping entrepreneurs start businesses. Presently Stephen is developing community based websites geared toward Oceania and Pacific communities around the world.
