SPC Human Development Programme |

The Human Development Programme was formed in
November 2006 after a merger of SPC's Women's, Culture, Youth bureaus and its
Community Education and Training Centre.
The
Programme works to improve people's opportunities for safe, secure and
sustainable livelihoods. In order to achieve this, the Human Development
Programme has a particular focus on bringing gender, youth, culture and
community education to the forefront of development. It also aims to nurture an
all-inclusive approach across all sectors to maximize the development potential
of the entire community and help people achieve a better quality of life.
