One of the most important presentations of Dance-Forms Productions for 2009 is "The 47th International Choreographers' Showcase" to be presented in Madrid on July 14, 2009 and in collaboration with the CID Dance Conference taking place in Malaga, Spain from July 15 through July 19, 2009.

Th conference includes: 

a) Presentation and discussion of original research reports.
b) Classes, lecture-demonstrations, video projections, discussions.
c) Performances by selected dance companies.
d) Exhibitions and sales of books, records, pictures, costumes,accessories etc.
e) Visits to places of special interest, such as dance schools, museums, sites etc.
f) Evenings where conferees can dance with music by local musicians.

Publicity for this event started on August 2008, this event will be covered by dozens of dance magazines. Newsletters, are being emailed to more than 100,000 dance professionals in 200 countries.

This exciting trip from July 12 day of arrival in Madrid through July 20, 2009 day of departure from Malaga, will give choreographers an excellent opportunity to present their work, to network with directors, producers, other artists (hopefully to negotiate new engagements!) and earn a share of 90% of the revenue from ticket sales of one performance in Madrid.

Choreographers and dancers receive eight nights hotel accommodation in Twin rooms with private bathroom/shower. We provide a complete production package which includes two performances, lighting and sound, technical assistance, publicity, printed programs, box office and pre-show rehearsal arrangements all for $1,850.00 per dancer on stage.

Choreographers are invited to submit their condensed professional resume, color pictures of the performers in JPEG format and program notes. A VHS NTSC FORMAT video or a DVD with the work to be presented is important to us to better serve your needs.

A not refundable deposit of 300.00 Euros to reserve space in the showcase is due right away. The payment will be mailed in the form of a check in US dollars made payable to Dance-Forms Productions to our mailing address:
