WNET-Thirteen World Art documentary interview

Shigeyuki's early survey exhibition entitled "Shigeyuki Kihara- Living Photographs" currently held at the Metropolitan Museum will be featured in an upcoming series about world art being produced by WNET-Thirteen, a public television station in the USA.

 

The series is comprised of 13 episodes about world art and will address a variety of relevant topics in contemporary art today. Her interview will be a focal point of an episode dealing with the theme of the body in art. The interview takes place at the Metropolitan Museum on the 3rd November.

A number of artists have already agreed to participate in other episodes, among them:

Miguel Luciano (Converging Cultures)
Shimon Attie (History & Memory)
Lalla Essaydi (Writing)
Xu Bing (Writing)
